Justen Pelser, born and bred in the heart of South Africa. I've been training/coaching for the past 12 years and it all started with my first personal trainer when I was 16. With hard work, motivation and dedication, my trainer taught me the foundations of building my physique. During this process, I learned that training was not just physical but a mental game too.
Over the years I have mastered different methodologies. I've worked with 100's of people and helped them find the diet that worked best. People follow a diet because they think it's right for them when 9 times out of 10 it's not. It's either too many calories or not enough food and this is where a fitness professional comes into the equation to be able to decide the most appropriate diet for you.
I am a committed coach and I help you to understand how to eat, train, build muscle and lose body fat to achieve your goals.
